The 15th annual Surf City AIDS Ride will take off again this year on Sunday, September 20, 2014. This ride is designed as an engaging, community event to support the Santa Cruz AIDS Project (SCAP). The goal of this event is to raise funds to enhance the SCAP program - funds that would otherwise not be available through United Way and other federal grants. Participants in this ride facilitate the growth of SCAP to continue in educating, assisting the community, and supporting clients in the fight to end the AIDS epidemic.
